This is an annual subscription. Your credit card will be charged once each year to maintain your subscription. Listers have three business days to request a refund if they choose not to renew after each year's billing.

If you would rather not use our secure server for payment, you may print the biography sign up forms after filling them in, printing each page as you go. Then fax these forms together with a signed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form, to: 770-929-8710. Once we receive your forms, and authorization to charge your credit card, we will manually enter your listing data into the Directories from our end.
